I'm a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, certified personal trainer (ISSA), certified nutritionist (ISSA), certified menopause and hormone specialist (Medfit), and certified health coach. I'm also pursuing my NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner certification. All my certifications are current and I complete continuing education annually.

Yes, I went through early menopause at age 33 after a partial hysterectomy. I've experienced hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, brain fog, and all the challenges that come with hormonal changes. This personal experience, combined with my professional expertise, drives my passion for helping other women.

Yes! I currently have availability for both coaching and personal training clients. My goal is to work with 10 personal training clients and 10 coaching clients simultaneously to ensure everyone gets quality attention. Book a free consultation to secure your spot.
