I'm a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, certified personal trainer (ISSA), certified nutritionist (ISSA), certified menopause and hormone specialist (Medfit), and certified health coach. I'm also pursuing my NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner certification. All my certifications are current and I complete continuing education annually.

Have you personally experienced menopause?

Yes, I experienced early menopause at 33 after a partial hysterectomy. I faced hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, and brain fog. My personal journey, combined with professional expertise, fuels my passion for supporting other women.
